Our mission is to provide high-quality, person-centered care that fosters the growth and development of each resident’s unique gifts, talents, and abilities.

Our Residents
We welcome children and adolescents under the age of 18 who have been diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Our homes are designed to offer a safe and nurturing environment where residents can thrive and reach their full potential.

Eligibility Criteria
Our services are aligned with the eligibility criteria set by the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS). To be eligible for our residential care, individuals must meet the following criteria:
- Intellectual Disability (ID)
- Diagnosed before the age of 18
- Significant limitations in intellectual functioning and adaptive behavior, affecting daily living skills such as communication, social participation, and independent living
- Developmental Disability (DD)
- A severe, chronic disability attributable to a mental or physical impairment or combination of impairments
- Manifested before the age of 22
- Likely to continue indefinitely
- Results in substantial limitations in three or more major life activities, including self-care, receptive and expressive language, learning, mobility, self-direction, capacity for independent living, and economic self-sufficiency
